This facilitated walk is a chance to pause, zoom out, and explore what it takes to lead intentionally when the pressure hits. You’ll be walking with other progressive HR and business leaders who are also exploring how to lead in today’s complex world with purpose, clarity, and impact.

Zoom out and explore how to shift yourself and your organization from reactive to creative leadership.
When the pressure’s on, many leaders slip into reactive mode – controlling, pleasing, or playing it safe. It might keep things moving and deliver results, but it comes at a hidden cost. The most effective leaders aren’t immune to pressure – they’re intentional about how they respond to it.
In this interactive session, you’ll reflect on your own leadership patterns and how reactive leadership may be playing out in your team and organisation. Using the Leadership Circle® model, we’ll explore what it takes to lead above the line – operating from a conscious, creative mindset, even when the heat is on.
Expect honest conversation with a community of peers, fresh insight, and the space to reset how you lead, and how you shape leadership around you.
