The Outliers is an immersive six-month development program that develops the skills for impactful leadership in the modern world.

✓ 3 x 3 day intensives, including ‘eek & awe’ experiences to create the conditions for growth
✓ 360 degree review
✓ 4 x 1-to-1 coaching sessions

MODULE 1: The ME (months 1-2)
Looking Inwards to Create Outward Impact

  • Exploring the foundations of great leadership to lead with consistency and confidence in ever-evolving environments.

    • Increased understanding of own mindset and the tools to manage it

    • Appreciation of the need to 'unlearn' and build comfort with discomfort when leading in complex, uncertain environments

    • Defined 'My Talk' (how I want to show up as a leader)

    • Explored the impact I have on others and changes I need to make to walk my Talk consistently

    • Breathwork

    • 360 Degree Assessment

    • 2 × 1:1 coaching sessions (including 360 debrief)

MODULE 2: The WE (months 3-4)
Empowering Collective Impact

  • Exploring how to build high performing teams and empower the collective in the modern-day environment.

    • Understanding of what makes a high performing team and how to build psychological safety and trust

    • Increased skill in Active Listening and conflict management

    • Understanding of the concept of Distributed Leadership and how it applies to my organisation

    • Bushwalk

    • Sailing

    • 1 x 1:1 coaching session

    • 1 x co-coaching session (cohort-led)

MODULE 3: The US (months 5-6)
Creating Ripples of Impact

  • Zooming out to explore the macro impact of leadership, understanding culture and how to lead systems through change.

    • Increased understanding of culture and the dynamics and levers of culture change

    • Recognition of the power of slowing down, zooming out and Deep Listening

    • Increased comfort and understanding of how to lead complex systems

    • Snorkelling
