    Designed for teams with a new leader, or who have recently gone through change and are looking to (re)establish their ways of working, get on the same page as to how they want to show up as a team, and create a high performing culture.

    Ideal for teams who are looking to continuously improve the way they work together. Development areas will be tailored to your team’s needs with the ultimate aim to accelerate performance from good to great.

  • Team Offsites

    Bespoke team development experiences integrated into team or organisational offsites. We move beyond a standard team building activity and integrate tailored development with an energising experience for learning that sticks.

  • We can accommodate various team sizes - we’ve worked with teams as small as 4, as big as 40, and whole company programs. Please get in touch to discuss your needs.

  • Most of our experiences are accessible from Sydney, but we run experiences across Australia, so please get in touch if you're based outside of NSW or are interested in an overnight experience.

  • Our aim is to help your team step outside their comfort zone and into the growth zone, but not push them to their limits. We tailor the adventure activities based on the team's experience and comfort level.
