Accelerate Your Team’s Performance
Our tailor-made programs are designed to accelerate your team’s performance. We uniquely combine two levels of development – team and individual – and use adventure and nature as the vehicle to growth.

We offer bespoke proposals and pricing based on your team size and your team’s development needs.
Below is an indication of some options available - please get in touch if you’d like us to create a proposal for your team.

-
Established Teams

How It Works
-
You tell us about your team - we work with you to identify the priority development need.
-
Our proposal includes:
The program outcomes (based on your needs)
Development focus for the We (team) and the Me (individual)
The recommended adventure activity as the vehicle to reach the desired outcomes
The follow-up plan to embed the learnings
Pricing and a timeline based on your team size and needs
-
Each program includes a combination of adventure and development activities facilitated by a coach
Our focus for our experiences is to deliver on the outcomes identified in the proposal
We wrap up by identifying the individual and team actions to put into practice following the experience
-
We hold a follow-up session with the team (individual and/or team coaching based on your needs) to support the team in putting their actions into practice
-
We recommend an ongoing program of development for your team, usually 3 experiences per year, and offer bundle packages.
After the follow-up session, we reassess the team’s needs, and design the next experience based on this.
